Hotel is quite basic but clean enough and breakfast is not bad. Room small but will meet all your needs. Quite good value overall especially for location. near to bateux mouches, eiffel tower all within walking distance

One of six staff members at this hotel were polite and helpfull. Breakfast was basic. By the look on one breakfast assistant's face, she appeared to have to lay the eggs herself when asked for the tray to be replenished. The other lady could have at least put a comb through her hair before dealing with guests who are in Paris to experience some culture.

The photos online for this hotel looked great but it is very very small. The elevator only fits 2 people and its a tight squeeze. The front reception has a few staircase that leads to the elevator, so if you have 3 large very heavy suitcase, it is most difficult to get it up to elevator . However, the staff is very helpful.

The hotel location is very good, the breakfast was very good however the rooms are very small and basic. There are no communal areas to sit and no bar in the hotel. There are no tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms or safety deposit boxes. All these things we missed.
Top Tip
The hotel is in a residential area where there are little affordable restaurants or cafes, you need to go to the far side of the Arc De Triomphe for better choice of food outlets and bars.

Would have liked tea making facilities
Top Tip
5 min walk to Champs Eleese/George V Metro.
15 min walk to Eifel tower.
Nice and quiet in the late evening to come home to from a busy night.
