Hotel rooms are very small and basic. The shower is very poor as not attached to wall so it is very messy.
Location is excellent though.

Great little hotel within easy reach of Arc de Triomphe and other Paris attractions. A little noisy at night with street noise, but otherwise an excellent place to stay.

but not room 701 it is ground floor behind reception and you are kept awake with the door banging on and off alnight

Quiet side street off the Avenue Kleber within easy walking distance of Eiffel Tower & L'Arc de Triomphe and Metro stations. Supermarket close and good cafes in local area

Good value for money for a three star hotel.
Top Tip
If stayimg for a few days jump on the tour guide buses .Its a good way of seeing all the main sites and getting familiar with your surrondings to then go and explore further on your own.
