Opened in 2004, this luxury hotel is housed in a 19th century building, which has undergone a facelift and been restored to its original bright, elegant condition. The large lobby is attractively refurbished in elegant colours with both modern and historic Art Deco influences. To the left of the entrance, there is a small but attractive reception area, decorated with marble pillars, wood-panelled walls and a charming crystal chandelier. To the right of the reception, there is an impressive futuristic space, with the ever-changing lighting effects spreading all the way up to the 8th floor. The deluxe guest rooms vary in size from medium to large and are in excellent condition. All are designed with an emphasis on a refined elegance and are impeccably appointed with rich fabrics and warm, contemporary décor. Each also features modular lighting and rosewood furniture designed by Poltrona Frau. Linen and beddings, which were specially created for the hotel, are of the highest quality. The beautiful white marble bathrooms have freestanding bathtubs and en suite showers. Bath accessories are also exclusive to the hotel. The main restaurant is situated on the ground floor at the end of the galleried lobby. It is a fabulous, spacious room furnished in a modern minimalist style, with avant-garde lighting and marbled floors. It also overlooks an open terrace and a courtyard garden, landscaped with Catalpa trees. On the first floor, there is also a wood-panelled lounge bar, offering views of the most luxurious district of Paris.
