The senior staff in reception were curt and unhelpful.We felt guilty just asking for hot water and cups. The door to our room didnt latch properly and needs some maintanence.Rooms very clean but very poky.
Top Tip
Airport shuttle is very handy -leaves every 30mins from the top of the street. Good resturant is on the corner to the left of the main door.

Myself and my two sisters, whom had never been to Paris before, stayed here. i picked it for the location as i had been to Paris and knew how close it was to everything.
We described it as a very quirkey hotel with a lovely feel to it, very pleasent staff and lots of tour advice from the front desk.
The location is great, just a short stroll to the Champs and all the night life, but a lovely little resturant next door too, if you don't feel like travelling too far.Also the Air France bus from the airport leaves you at the top of the road.
