Etoile, Paris - Group Bookings

Please provide as much detail as possible in the comments/requests field, for example:

  • total number of passengers travelling
  • preferred room types
  • price range
  • any specific requirements i.e. bar, outdoor pool, restaurant

We are very experienced and knowledgeable in handling bookings for multiple rooms. We understand that these bookings are more complex, requiring an extra layer of service.
We know the hotel locations and city centre geography – in metres and minutes.
We provide services for hotel rooms, transfers, meals, conference facilities, tours, etc.

Paris is a very popular city and many of the hotels are fully booked, especially over the weekends. If you are travelling or organising accommodation of more than one or two rooms you need to be aware of a couple of things:

  • Paris hotels are very busy all year round. Many run at very high occupancy rates and over the weekends in mid and high season most end up fully booked.

  • The majority of the central hotels are fairly small. The 2 star hotels, for instance, usually only have about 30 to 40 guestrooms – this means they simply do not have that many rooms spare. The higher standard hotels (4 & 5 star) are much more likely to have 5 or 10 rooms available for a small group.

  • Many hotels are wary of large same sex parties – i.e. stag and hen parties – so it is often in your best interests to split the group between 2 or 3 hotels. The advantages are that it’s much easier to get 2 or 3 rooms at the smaller budget hotels (keeping the price down) and there tends to be less of the “herd mentality” in terms of behaviour. Most hotels in central Paris are within a short walk of each other.

  • We will always side with the hotel and police if there is a complaint regarding the behaviour of guests. Be aware that if someone in your party has misbehaved, then the hotel is within its rights to evict everyone in that group with no refund for unused services/nights – nothing whatsoever. When you are in a hotel you have a responsibility to the other guests to behave in an appropriate manner.

  • Discount rooms are offered by many hotels and accommodation suppliers across the web. The rates for these rooms are already discounted and hotels will only offer a limited number of rooms at these rates. If you have seen one room available at a discounted rate do not expect the hotel to release another 10 at the same discounted rate. The principal is similar to the practice of budget airlines, where ticket prices go up as the airline has fewer and fewer seats available.
